NORI Takayama is a successful serial entrepreneur and has an impressive collection of experience in Executive Search and HR Management in the Finance and Technology space. He served as an Executive Director for a world-famous recruiting consulting services firm and has hands-on experience in the financial and technology industries covering global markets. As the Founder and CEO for Le Chiffre Capital, he is leading and building the team up to become a global asset management company providing world class solutions for customers’ financial needs.
Director, Portfolio Manager for Capital Markets
Zhiye has solid experience in big major investment banks. He started his career in M&A advisory division in UBS and handled due diligence and valuation analysis for several cross-border M&A transactions. After experiencing the same roles in Morgan Stanley, he changed his working field to asset management and was responsible to manage the firm’s discretionary spot currency strategy and co-managed its equity portfolio. He is now leading Le Chiffre Capital’s high-yield portfolio anagement. He got a Bachelor of Economics from UC San Diego, Master of Science from the London School of Economics.

Saymun has over a decade of experience in investment advisory services throughout several private equity firms. His career originated in founding natural resource development/brokerage and commodity trading focusing the projects in the Middle East to China. He has been responsible for project management and execution for the early-stage projects and led the firms’ successful exit. He is now handling mainly VC funds in Le Chiffre Capital for seed-stage or early-stage projects across the high-tech and natural resource market. He has a bachelor of international business from Macquarie University.

Izzati Hamdan is the Compliance officer for Le Chiffre Capital . Izzati’s responsibilities include compliance program, monitoring compliance and law and regulation in various areas. Prior to joining Le Chiffre Capital, Izzati has been working in compliance roles in the Trust company industry for 5 years. Izzati received her Bachelor (Hons) of Business Management from MARA University of Technology (UiTM). She is also a certified Compliance officer of Money Laundering (2019). With her knowledge and experiences, she will ensure the compliance regime in Le Chiffre Capital is fully implemented.

Izzat Tohid has 14 years of experience, mostly in Finance, Audit, Trust Industry, and Labuan Investment Banking. He has been in Labuan Trust and Banking Industries for eight years, making him the expert on Labuan Financial Offshore regulations and legislations. With his skills and knowledge, he will drive the Labuan Team to be among the top Fund Manager and Digital Financial Service Provider in Labuan and the Asia Pacific.
